My husband and I were the ultimate challenge as home buyers and Tina was always there for us, ready and willing to help and ALWAYS with a smile. Tina has been great to work with. We have been looking for almost two years and are probably one of her pickiest clients. After looking a while, we narrowed it down to a very small area we wanted to live, and she found us a condo in that area. She helped us with negotiation on sale price and couldn't be happier. After closing, she even helped us with design and paint colors.

Tina is such a compassionate and caring person, who was there to guide my family in the sale of our parents house. Losing both parents within weeks of each other but knowing we had to move forward may have been difficult but with Tina's expert advice we knew we were in good hands. Tina was wonderful helping me find my new home! We saw many, many, many places since I couldn't always decide what I wanted/liked. Tina stuck with me when I was laid up with an injury, then Covid, and then a surgery. While I was recovering Tina made videos for me to 'see' places and went the extra mile. Tina also helped me work through an unfortunate previous offer falling through and then thankfully I eventually found the perfect place for me with Tina's help! Highly recommend Tina!

Tina was fantastic to work with! She was so patient and flexible and as first time homebuyers we really appreciated her knowledge and insights. She walked us through each step of the process and went above and beyond. When we wanted to tour what is now our home, she was out of town but still set us up with an agent so we could view the property. And then when we fell in love and wanted to make an offer, she worked immediately to get everything together, despite being on vacation! If she had not jumped quickly to get our offer in we would have lost the home to another buyer whose offer was to be responded to that same evening. Now we have a beautiful home to bring our new baby home to this winter. We would recommend Tina to anyone looking for a home in the area, but especially first time buyers like us!

Tina was incredible from start to finish! I had a tough situation for a realtor (and buyer). I was relocating from Nevada to Wisconsin. Actually, we never met face to face. Tina sent me countless listings that met my wish list and created virtual showings for me when I found properties I was genuinely interested in. She sent me multiple videos for each property and did the same thing for the final walk-through. Every professional she recommended was top-notch and made what should have been the most challenging real estate transaction of my life the smoothest!
